A British teenage girl is violently murdered by her two best friends. Three years later, an American true crime podcaster arrives to get her fan base more information on the case than ever before. As a narrative builds, the girls anxieties and rage are exposed, and in the wake of a captivating tragedy, the truth may succumb the the story, or be lost the wilderness of teenage girlhood altogether.
